I have a virus that is ruining my computer. Can anyone from Windows help me with this? I did run the windows virues software you sent and it did not end well. After over an hour it was still running until I stopped it. It identified NO viruses after running 1 hour and 20 some minutes. I need some help please. Each time there is a new microsoft person answering. Just asking for some help on this virus after 2 weeks with it.
